We serve Court Orders and Legal Documents. Processing of your personal information (meaning, any information which may potentially allow your identification with reasonable means; hereinafter "Personal Information") is necessary for the performance of our obligations towards you and providing you with our services, to protect our legitimate interests and any legal requirements to which we are subject.

When you voluntarily provide us your personal details in order to create an customer account (for example, your name and email address);
When you use complete a financial transaction in connection with your use of our Service (for example, your financial transactions);

For example, you may ask us to provide you with a quotation or fee estimate for a job you are considering instructing us on. Service Providers - We may employ third party companies such as Process Servers, Bailiffs, Enquiry Agents and Private Investigators and individuals to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on our behalf. These third parties may have limited access to your Personal Information such as your name or telephone number so that they may carry out the service on our behalf; they are obligated to comply with this Policy and may not use Your Personal Information for any other purpose.
Third Parties - We may be required to share some of your personal details with a third party in order for us to provide the service such as we may provide details to HM Prison in order for us to make a legal visit
Compliance with law - We are obligated to comply with the law. We will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement agencies as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to Claims), to protect our or a third party's property and rights, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop any activity we may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical, inappropriate or legally actionable. We also may be required to disclose an individual’s Personal Information in response to a lawful request by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.
