Issuing a Statutory Demand is relatively straightforward task to undertake. You would simply complete the relevant form and send this to a Process Server for service. The Process Server would ensure the Demand is served in such a way as to comply with the Insolvency Rules. Failure to serve the demand correctly could make it a pointless exercise so care should be taken to ensure it is served correctly!

The Demand is an effective form of Debt recovery. Once served the Demand gives the debtor a limited amount of time to deal with it or they could face the possibility of Bankruptcy Proceedings being commenced against them.

Alternatively, you can post us the papers for service together with a further copy of the Demand for us to exhibit. We can also arrange for collection of the demand from you but a collection fee would apply.
