Serving a Statutory Demand

Process Serving Statutory Demand

If you need to organise the service of a Statutory Demand anywhere in England then we can assist you for a fixed fee of 87.50 plus VAT.

The Statutory Demand when used correctly, on undisputed debts above 750.00 for companies and 5000 for individuals, is an excellent form of Debt Recovery. Once served the Demand gives the debtor a limited amount of time to deal with the debt or potentially face bankruptcy.

There is no need for Court action and the Demand can be served very quickly.

You can download a copy of the relevant demand by selecting one of the links to the right 'in this section'. Please ensure you send us the correct demand for service. They can also be downloaded from www.Insolvency.gov.uk

Alternatively, you could scan and email us a signed copy of the demand to serve. We can also arrange for collection of the demand from you but a collection fee would apply.

The vast majority of instructions are dealt with and managed through our Head Office giving you a single point of contact. Our Head office will allocate the service of the demand to our local process server who will attend the property to serve the Statutory Demand. We will make multiple visits to the address when required.
